The Greatest Measure of All
The life we live is shaped by the MOMENTS we experience. As a cancer zodiac I used to be pulled towards water at every chance I got. It felt as there was no other choice to make. A while ago something has shifted for me, personally and I have set a quiet goal to myself to visit many mountain peaks in the world. Even more special part about this is that I feel no need to time it, measure my distance and fit the experience into any plan or expectation. I don’t let my mind decide what is right nor when it is enough, I let my body have a say and spirit guide my way. The true MEASURE for me is the MOMENT in nature. That’s the real greatness of life. I am HERE in the moment, feeling FREE and WHOLE - I AM.
I am better equipped to be able to drop the chase and just BE. It hasn’t always been this case. Unknowingly, I used to keep a mile distance between my mind and body. The practice of Yoga helped me majorly to reach this state of being and that’s why I am so passionate to share it with others, to guide them into the state where all falls into place. The countless moments in the mountains are incredibly elevating uplifting and healing - I am grateful for my lungs and feet for each conscious step that opens a new horizon, crevice and peak JUST as I am when I practice and teach Yoga.
